Is the aloe vera gel inside toxic to cats or just outside the factory?
I given my cats fractional distillation of liquid from the leaves of aloe vera, an infant dosing, two teaspoons per day mixed in their water from time to time. How much aloe is toxic and it is ever amount of healing as it is for humans?
I've seen aloe juice of the plant used to relieve skin problems such as miliary dermatitis (allergic reaction to flea bites) and Cheilitis (inflammation of lips), so I know he is safe, however, I do not know how much is safe. The best advice is that you get most often: ask your veterinarian. Personally, I use products designed for cats, just to be on the safe side.
