Chest pain after taking Cayenne supplement?
I started taking a supplement of cayenne last night. After taking 2 500mg capsules, I feel a little pressure in the chest (not quite the pain really). Any advice on these? Should I open pop the caps and mix with water? Should I take them with food like me? Has anyone with such success in improving the movement of hands / Ft? I do not have other allergies, so it's probably not. Moreover, what is the response of everyone here is' go see a doctor . I said the pain was not that important and I do not know about you, but my doctor and I are not buds that I have to go see every time I have a curiosity. If the world was like that, there would be no Y! responses.
First off I take them with Food .. the first or right after a meal … be sure to drink a full glass of water with them, no matter when you take them .. as if you have it can not resurface, will feel pain or serious burns. I mean, hey, it's hot! Cayenne is almost one of best herbs for circulatory here … Ginger is also great for the extremities (hands / feet) so you can still pass if the Cayenne seems too strong. However – with Cayenne just build slowly with him .. it can do wonders, can take several weeks for actual results to be felt … but it works immediately in general circulation … so good for you to even start! PS … I try to never take mine in late evening Due to the definition and possible heartburn, etc. .. (I also use the liquid … now that's hot!): o)
