With all the problems with our economy now … This is not the time to splurge on expensive food. Thus, in an effort to save you money, I'll share with you 3 food cost under 60 cents.
These foods are packed with protein, fiber, or both. Good taste, easy to do, help you lose weight, and best of all … cheap!
Here are the cheap food weight loss …
Weight Loss Food # 1: Tuna
Each 6 ounces of tuna has 33 grams protein, .5 grams of fat and 0 grams of carbohydrates. Packs a nutritional punch sound. So if you feel Kinda Fishy, you can purchase the 6 ounces of Wal-Mart or elsewhere for about 58 cents.
Weight Loss of food # 2: Blackeye Peas
Each container of "Great Value" brand blackeye peas Wal-Mart has 35 grams of protein and 17.5 grams fiber. Did not sugar and only 5 grams of fat per serving.
So, if you do not want me to give you a look "black" get blackeye peas. Ok, I'm get kinda cheesy, I know. Anyway, may cost you 48 cents.
Weight Loss Food # 3: Hamburger
I hear it now … "It's a food weight loss?"
Well, if used correctly, the answer is yes! First, you can get a box of hamburger patties quarter pound (20 total) for $ 5.50 at Wal-Mart. So, each pancake hamburger would cost you about 28 cents.
Now, if you cook a hamburger patty on a type of George Foreman mini-grill … then put on a bed of lettuce … and there only once a day … it will help you lose weight. I did it 3 times a day to once a week and many have lost 3 + pounds in weeks!
Cut the meat and mix it in salad. Maybe use 2 tablespoons of ketchup or barbecue sauce (I use sauce honey mustard barbecue) for flavor. Each patty burger has 30 grams of fat and 19 grams of protein. It's also 350 calories.
Since lettuce has almost no calories, only 350 calories a meal for you. You do not need fat for survival …. Do are not all mad with me on the high fat content. All things being equal, I prefer that you choose a food high in fat content than carbohydrate food because the foods higher in carbohydrates are processed to death.
Now add these 3 low-cost food to your weight loss arsenal. Not only will you save a ton of money every month, you'll be eating healthier and losing weight. Works for me. It works for you? Just try it, geez. What you have to lose, perhaps $ 10 tried these for a week.
