Any other person with chronic fatigue syndrome?
I'm always tired, if I sleep 12 hours or 4 hours I wake up more tired than when I went to bed. I went a few years ago the doctor told me that I syndorme chronic fatigue. My thyroid and iron are always beautiful. I tried all the vitamins and ginseng for energy too, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
I have CFS is related to my fibromyalgia. There is not much I can do about it. I make enough sleep a night I know that at least I'd be fine. So I just found the will to do what must be done. I have my good days and my bad days but I have not found something that works to wake up.
