Dr Natura’s Colonix?
So I started today. I mixed the fiber in cranberry juice but it clumped instantly. Is there a way to make it not clump? Also, have you ever had any issues w/ running to the bathroom or not making it? Grateful for any experience. Thx!
I did the entire program and didnt really see much change. Maybe I should have gone two months instead of one who knows. What I found to be the best mixture with the fiber mix was milk (i used soy), a little bit of instant coffe mix and the fiber mix. It made it taste much less gross. I used one of those hand mixers to mix it. You have to drink it down fast otherwise it starts to get think and clump. Also from my experience the mornings are the only time you really have to “run” to the bathroom. Usually you can start to feel some cramping and thats when you know its time to start heading to the bathroom. Good Luck!
