Anyone use Toxinout or Colonix?
I’m looking for real random people’s opinions on Dr. Natura’s Toxinout and Colonix. (http://www.drnatura.com/toxinout_program.php) I’m not to worried about weight loss, but the actual detox aspect of being and feeling healthier. So any opinions on the stuff would be great.
Here is my random (evidence based) opinion:
Detox in the alt med sense is a scam. Detox has no meaning outside of the clinical treatment of drug addiction and poisoning. Weight loss from any such potentially dangerous treatment is temporary only.

Ask the supplier for their scientific evidence of efficacy, clinical trials, safety data. I’m sure they will have no such information, and instead will provide only preposterous pseudoscientific piffle and testimonials.

Edit: caw, thee is no such thing as “mucoid plaque”. It is a made up term.
