Should I do a day-pill detoxification plan 7, or should I take a colon cleansing pill every day?
I'm looking by detox, but I'm not sure what is more effective, the pills detox 7 days or colon clean daily pill. If I do the detox pills for 7 days, how often do I do twice a month, once a month? If I do the colon cleansing pill, is it safe to take every day, every two days, once a week?
