Effective Combo
Which is more effective in weight loss and / or toning muscle during a workout:?

I am a pretty healthy 27 years old 5'4 "133 pounds women. I try to change my workout routines frequently, eg Pilates, one day, another aerobics, yoga and weight / cardio combo another on the other. During my weight days cardio / this is my schedule: cardio-20 min. (Either elliptical stairsmaster, bicycle or a treadmill)-cycle training body weight 20 minutes. (Various Nautilus machines), Cardio 10-15 min. (Either elliptical stairsmaster, bike or treadmill), low body weight training for 20 minutes. (Various Nautilus machines), Cardio 10-15 minutes. (Either elliptical stairsmaster, bike, or treadmill)-abs occasionally for 10 minutes. (Pilates and yoga take care of this area?) Now I'm curious, do you think is better or more efficient to focus on one muscle group each workout? Is that the whole body is not as efficient, effective, or does it really make a difference?

Wow. I think what you are doing is an amazing mix already. Training your entire body each session is very good for toning the whole. And the mixture until you stop muscles "remember" the training sessions and become undertrained. By focusing on one (or two) parts of the body during a session is usually something bodybuilders, completely overtrain area. I guess you do not look after the big bodybuilder, so I stand by what you already do. It is certainly very effective.
