How long it takes for the tablet that we had eaten disintergrate inside our body?
I recently bought pill Essence of Chicken with b complex lives. It says take 3 pills a day. It consists of 800g of chicken essence powder (for 3 tablets) and 100 mg sodium citrate ferrous. Does anyone know how long it takes for the tablets to take effect? PS Essence of Chicken is to increase the concentration of the drug
it may take 24 hours to metabolize full .. then after the first step as much as three hours each time .. good luck
