Are there a downside to taking a fiber supplement every day?
I know it helps regulate the digestive system, and It also allows you to complete due to the fiber (which can help you lose weight), but is there a downside to taking fiber tablets?
I do not think you can over dose of fiber. If your body does not need all ffiber you give, you just have to pee on.
