Like hundreds, if not thousands, other compounds sold under the DSHEA, there is no evidence to support its use orally, but HLA raised above the crowd to be useful somewhere. Will we all will share a cup of human growth hormone orally followed by a desert of GABA that is somehow "magically" orally bioavailable now? Sorry. Old HLA manual used as an abbreviation of hyaluronic acid. Used without thinking. If I remember it has a legitimate use when injected into a joint – I think the procedure was actually developed for race horses before being used in humans, but I-might-be think of a different compound.
