If children and young people play a sport or an art focus on all year?
Many young children who excel in one sport or art spend all their free time focusing on fitness … Is this healthy? If she is healthy, at what age? It's an excellent point. I think it's important to give them one at a time, but the length of time can be very short. How many wonders in the world are there, really? So what if the child is great in baseball? He tries to basketball, or yoga, or painting or chess. I think it is our duty to encourage diversity in our children the skills and interests. I do not think not have a child to one activity / sport for several years is healthy, I do believe creates a happy child.
