I’m taking L glutamine powder to heal my gut. How long in advance of drinking it, can I mix it with water?
I was told to mix it just before drinking. Because of my schedule, it’s hard to do that so I am wondering if I can pre mix some up to an hour and a half ahead of when I would drink it?
