What does it mean when I lolonger can sit criss due to hip joint pain after only a few moments extream: Note: This also effects many other activities I do as well. And it could also be because my back was out of alignment for the past 6 months, and four have experienced the pain of my such hips.
sometimes crossing your legs can cause your hips to dislocate and cause pain. Have you seen a doctor. Have you had an injury recently. Do you have arthritis? Seek a review by a doctor and maybe get PT. When the spine out of alignment can cause more stress and discomfort in other joints and muscles in your body. Choose a physical and avoid crossing your legs when sitting up what you get at the root of the problem
