I’m 6″ and 175, would it be reasonable for me to lose 25 pounds by September, so I would weight 150 lbs?
I currently weight about 175-176 pending on the time of day which I weigh myself. I want to lose 25 lbs by September so that I’ll be fit for Cross Country and able to run faster. What methods should I try? I’ve been eating a lot of apples and other fruits as substitutes for meals lately. Ex. Milk and an apple for breakfast, and apple and a banana for lunch, and then at least four more fruit servings during the day (yet I do eat a healthy dinner). I hydrate well and run at least 30 mins a day, yet recently, it seems as if my weight hasnt been changing at all!!! Should I maybe try eating very small portions every three hours? What should I do, I am determined to lose 25 lbs by September and tone up! Thanks!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
