Melatonin Does anyone know if it should be taken consistently?
I have been taking melatonin, time time, because I think I have a difficult time feeling sleepy from the end. I was wondering if, since it is a natural substance in the brain, perhaps I should take it consistently, so my levels are not fluctuating too much? Is this a good idea, or is it not important?
