What can you tell me about PSYLLIUM balls?
I have been consistent (pardon the pun) the user of Metamucil for years and some time ago I read in the question to someone on the benefits of taking Phyllium Husks place. What should I look for in the store (Health / Pharmaceutical section)? How much (dosage) should I take (male 35 years). What brand should I buy (I can get it at a Safeway store?) How much can I expect to pay? Thank you for any advice.
