GNC multivitamins safe … Mega men sport?
Hi, I just bought some multivitamins today and I just wanted to make sure they are 100% safe to use. They are slightly more money centrum so i dont mind paying more if they are vitamins good. My question is because some of the daily values are like 833% and 2500% for vitamins B6 and B12, are they still good or is that excessive consumption of these minerals? Also, is 5000IU vitamin A too? I heard that for men who should not consume too much.
